Hippo is a marketing and communications company that specialises in delivering positive commercial outcomes by combining strategic thinking, insight, design and technology.

Hippo is currently running events to raise awareness of NHS services available to anyone concerned about recreational drug use. The events, hosted by further and higher education colleges, aim to promote the hiwecanhelp.com website, a hub that brings together information about services throughout Gateshead, South Tyneside and Sunderland. To complement the existing website, we have developed a single-page website, hi-not-high.co.uk, dedicated to the target age group in order to direct them to relevant information.

Students at participating venues are asked to update their Facebook status with the hi-not-high.co.uk web address in order to receive a free watch and information leaflet. The events are having a great effect, not only promoting hiwecanhelp.com to those at the events, but also to all of their friends on Facebook. Alongside the events we are running Facebook adverts directed at young people between the ages of 16 and 24 across South of Tyne and Wear with links to the website.
