Hippo was commissioned to carry out strategic marketing analysis of the Shortlista recruitment software product on behalf of its creators The Website Lab.
The Website Lab is a web development company that has been trading for over 2 years. Initially the company offered development for small-scale websites, but has recently started to deliver more complex solutions for the NHS in addition to developing its own "proprietary" software products.
The Website Lab has developed a unique piece of recruitment software called 'Shortlista'. The system enables organisations to promote vacancies on their website and manages applications via a scoring system.
Our strategic review was divided into three key stages and used primary and secondary research to gain an understanding of where Shortlista fits in its market and to identify factors that might prevent it from fulfilling it's potential.
The ultimate aim of this on-going strategic support is to expand the Shortlista customer base in key markets. Watch out for updates on future marketing communications activity as we continue to work closely with our client.
