Research findings in previous projects have led us to use recovering drug addicts to deliver information leaflets about treatment services direct to users, to set up a microsite enabling school leavers to create their own college prospectuses, and to send personalised emails to purchasers or electrical goods offering bespoke warranties online – all completely different tactical approaches which have proved highly effective.
