Our approach to project management is professional, but light touch. After all, we don’t build road bridges or skyscrapers at Hippo.

But we do apply the appropriate level of management to the project in hand using PRINCE2 methodology and principles – whether it is a commercial website build requiring change control or a medium term project communicating a major Government initiative.

We are methodical in our approach throughout the process – from our response to the brief, to research, to strategy, to planning, to delivery.

Our aim is always to become a long-term strategic partner to our clients, working closely to align marketing strategy with organisational goals, whether they be growth in new markets or reducing heart disease.
